Every piece is made to order in our Kentucky studio.
Unframed prints: about 5–7 days from order to your door.
Framed prints: about 7–11 days from order to your door (extra time for custom framing).
You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
What is your return & exchange policy?
What is your return & exchange policy?
Unframed prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery — email westandwildarchive@gmail.com and we’ll send instructions. Return shipping is on you, and the print needs to arrive undamaged.
Frames are custom-made and final sale (they can’t go back on a shelf). If anything arrives damaged — framed or unframed — we 100% replace it. Snap a photo and email us; we’ll get a replacement into production right away.
